An end-to-end additive production line
Five printing technologies. Fourteen aerospace-grade materials. A vertically integrated engineering and post-processing team. All under one AS9100D-controlled roof in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
We specialize in high-quality 3D printing services for a wide range of industries and applications, bringing your ideas to life with precision and detail across parts, prototypes, casting patterns, and manufacturing tools and aids.
Polymer printing includes Stratasys FDM (Fortus 900 AIS/AICS, 450, 370), Formlabs SLS (Fuse 1+ 30W), SLA (3B and 3L), and HP MJF 4200 and 5200. Metal printing runs on EOS M270 and M280 DMLS plus SLM 280. Post-processing covers surface enhancement, inserts and bushings, hole sizing, machining, bonding, assembly, and paint.
Engineering support includes application engineering, CAD file generation, file conversion, 3D laser scanning, reverse engineering, and design for additive manufacturing, see our engineering design services for the full collaboration model.
Five printing technologies.
Production-grade FDM, SLA, SLS, and DMLS, each matched to your part, your material, and your service environment.

Five printing technologies, 20+ qualified materials, one AS9100D-controlled facility, from sketch to flight-ready parts under one roof.

ExploreEngineering-led design partnership.
Our engineers work shoulder-to-shoulder with yours: DFAM, material selection, reverse engineering, and metrology services that close the loop from design to flight-ready hardware.
End-to-end engineering support: meaningful customer interaction, DFAM, topology optimization, laser scanning, and obsolete-part replication.
Match your service environment to the right aerospace-grade polymer or metal, backed by validation data across 20+ qualified materials.
Layup tool design, sacrificial mandrels, and trim fixtures for composite production.
Structured-light and laser scanning for first-article inspection and reverse engineering.
Sustain legacy and obsolete parts: scan, model, qualify, and 3D print direct replacements with full AS9100D documentation.
Convert legacy 2D drawings to production-ready solid models for additive manufacturing.
Finished, assembled, delivered.
Hardware installation, bonding, assembly, and paint: your printed parts arrive line-ready, not raw-built.
Heat-set inserts, helicoils, dowel pins, threaded inserts, and bonded hardware installed in-house under controlled conditions.
Aerospace-spec structural adhesives, weatherproof seals, and post-print porosity sealing, extending performance into demanding service environments.
Aerospace-grade primers, topcoats, color-matched cabin finishes, EMI shielding & coating, and FAR-compliant low-flammability finishes for cabin, exterior, and commercial parts.
