How we operate
Every part has a build file. Every build has a material lot. Every lot has a certificate of conformance. Every certificate is linked to the source-controlled drawing.
We can produce a full chain of custody on any part we have ever shipped: material, machine, operator, date, inspection results, shipping documentation. That is what AS9100D requires, and it is what our customers depend on when their parts fly people.
Documentation we provide
- First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102
- Certificate of Conformance per part number / lot
- Material certifications traceable to the polymer or metal lot
- Build records (machine, operator, parameters, date)
- Scan-to-CAD deviation reports (on request)
- Source-controlled drawing revisions
Active certificates
