What we look for.
ITAR registration
All suppliers handling controlled technical data must maintain active ITAR registration.
Quality management
AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, or equivalent quality system with current third-party audit.
Domestic capability
U.S. manufacturing footprint for sensitive program support, including Section 889 compliance.
Cybersecurity posture
DFARS 7012 compliant cybersecurity controls. CMMC Level II preferred for CUI handling.
Onboarding process
New suppliers begin with our supplier qualification packet, which collects quality certifications, financial information, and cybersecurity posture. We respond to qualified supplier inquiries within 10 business days.
Terms & conditions
All purchase orders are governed by our standard Purchase Order Terms & Conditions. Suppliers handling controlled data are bound by an additional confidentiality and ITAR rider.
Payment terms
Net 45 from receipt of invoice, with electronic ACH payment. Established suppliers are eligible for shortened terms based on ongoing relationship.
