Aircraft interior components

We are an AIS (Aircraft Interiors Solution, formerly Aircraft Interiors Certification Solution / AICS) certified supplier producing flame-retardant cabin components in FAR 25.853 / OSU 65/65 compliant aerospace polymers. Our flagship cabin cell is the Stratasys Fortus 900, qualified for AIS (AICS) production of Ultem 9085, Antero 800NA, and Antero 840CN03.

Aircraft Interiors

Aircraft interiors are where additive manufacturing shines: low-volume, custom geometry, weight-sensitive, and built to demanding FST (Flame, Smoke, Toxicity) and OSU heat-release specs. Traditional injection molding requires custom tooling for every variant, additive eliminates the tooling, eliminates the lead time, and unlocks one-of-one personalization.

We routinely produce ECS ducting, cable guides, lighting bezels, stowage hardware, galley parts, seat-component prototypes, and operator-interface parts in Ultem 9085, Ultem 1010, and Antero 800NA. Every part is documented to FAR 25.853 and AS9100D, with full material lot traceability.

From VIP cabin completions for head-of-state aircraft to fleet-wide retrofit programs replacing obsolete OEM parts, AIS (AICS) certification gives our customers confidence that the cabin parts they install carry the qualification rigor commercial aviation demands.
