Avionics packaging lived in a machined-aluminum-with-conductive-paint world for decades. The advent of Antero 840CN03, a PEKK polymer with carbon nanotubes that deliver intrinsic ESD performance, changed that calculus.

Charge sensitivity, RF transparency, low outgassing, and tight weight budgets all push avionics packaging toward additive-friendly polymers. We pair Antero 800NA and 840CN03 with Ultem 1010 to deliver enclosures that meet flight-hardware electrical, mechanical, and outgassing requirements.

Every electronics part we ship is built on AS9100D-controlled FDM systems with documented lot history. ESD-safe builds are isolated from general-purpose builds to prevent any cross-contamination of surface-resistivity behavior.
