Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Our FDM production cell includes the Stratasys Fortus 900 (AIS/AICS qualified), Fortus 450, and Fortus 370, running aerospace-grade thermoplastics with documented AS9100D process control across a 36″ × 24″ × 36″ build envelope.

FDM

FDM is the workhorse of aerospace additive manufacturing. It produces parts that fly: flame-retardant, ESD-safe, low-outgassing, and dimensionally stable across the temperature envelopes that matter.

We run a deep library of aerospace-validated FDM materials, including Ultem 9085, Ultem 1010, Antero 800NA, Antero 840CN03, Victrex AM 200 PEEK, and ST-130 sacrificial tooling material.
