Oil & gas

Additive manufacturing supports the energy sector with chemical-resistant hardware, custom fixtures, downhole tool prototypes, and one-off replacement parts for legacy field equipment. PEEK and PPSU deliver the chemical and thermal resistance demanded by downhole and process-equipment service.

Oil & gas.

Energy-sector hardware lives in chemically aggressive, thermally demanding, and often remote environments: PEEK, PPSU, and Ultem deliver the resistance that commodity polymers cannot.

Typical work includes downhole tool prototypes, process-line gauging fixtures, corrosion-resistant brackets for surface and subsea installations, and one-off spares that keep aging field equipment running.

When drawings no longer exist, laser scanning and additive production bridge the gap, with material selection guided by the temperature, pressure, and chemical exposure the part will see in service.

What we deliver

Programs we support today.

01
Downhole tool models

Functional prototypes for valve seats, seals, bearings, and electrical connectors in PEEK, engineered for high-temp and high-pressure environments.

02
Process equipment fixtures

Gauging fixtures, alignment tools, and process-line jigs in chemically resistant PPSU and Ultem 1010.

03
Legacy field equipment

Reverse-engineered replacement parts for pumps, compressors, and skid-mounted equipment beyond original-OEM support.

04
Surface & subsea hardware

Tough, corrosion-resistant brackets and enclosures for surface installations and shallow subsea equipment.

05
Tooling for the field

Custom tools, mounting brackets, and instrument cases engineered for harsh-environment service.
