High-temperature polymers
When the service environment runs hot, we run high-performance PEI and polyphenylsulfone polymers. Ultem 1010 covers autoclave and thermal-bracket applications up to a 419°F heat-deflection temperature; PPSF/PPSU has the greatest heat and chemical resistance of any FDM material with a 446°F glass transition; Ultem 9085 and Antero 800NA round out the line for FST-compliant and PEKK-based high-heat hardware.
