When charge buildup is the threat, we run validated ESD-safe materials with intrinsic surface-resistance control. Antero 840CN03 (PEKK with 3% carbon nanotubes) is our flagship for flight hardware, with ESD performance in the 10⁴–10⁹ Ω/sq range; ABS-ESD7 rounds out the line for industrial fixtures and electronics-handling tooling. Every ESD build is isolated from general-purpose builds to prevent cross-contamination, and every part ships with build-record traceability.
