Many printed parts need to be sealed, joined, or made air-tight to perform in their service environment. Aerospace cabin ducts must hold pressure. Outdoor enclosures must keep moisture out. SLS nylon often needs porosity sealing before paint will adhere correctly.
Our bonding cell runs aerospace-spec adhesives and sealants under controlled mix-and-cure protocols, with documented surface preparation, primer application, and torque-or-clamp pressure history per assembly.
