Additive manufacturing for space
We manufacture flight-qualified parts for LEO, GEO, cis-lunar, and deep-space missions, from CubeSat structures to crew-rated cabin hardware, using low-outgassing materials with documented volatile-release performance.

Space hardware lives in an environment that is unforgiving to everything but the most carefully selected materials. Vacuum draws volatiles out of every polymer. UV and ionizing radiation degrade unstable resins. Thermal cycles between sun and shadow stress every joint, and every gram of mass carries a launch cost.
We engineer to that environment. Antero 800NA and Ultem 1010 lead our polymer line for space: low-outgassing and mechanically stable. DMLS aluminum delivers lightweight structural components for satellite buses and CubeSat skeletons. Antero 840CN03 brings ESD-safe performance to charge-sensitive payload electronics.
From mission-unique parts in lot sizes of one to recurring production, we engineer, qualify, and deliver under our AS9100D quality system, with documented outgassing data available when programs require it.
