Aerospace & defense

Our aerospace and defense practice spans every flying platform: commercial transports, business aircraft, fighters, military transports, rotorcraft, unmanned systems, and spacecraft. AS9100D-controlled production, ITAR-registered facility, CMMC Level II self-certified cybersecurity, AIS (AICS) certification for cabin parts.

Aerospace & defense.

We specialize in state-of-the-art 3D printing and engineering services for aerospace and defense, revolutionizing how OEMs and suppliers develop and manufacture cutting-edge components through collaboration, precision, flexibility, and efficiency.

Our work spans flight-worthy production parts, composite layup and trim tools in autoclavable Ultem 1010, PC, and Ultem 9085, jigs and fixtures for aerospace manufacturing, surrogate parts for maintenance training, and rapid high-quality prototypes. For sustainment programs, we produce end-of-life replacement parts supported by AIS (AICS) certification and FAA/NIAR database allowables.

Certified for ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, ITAR, CMMC Level II, and AIS (Aircraft Interiors Solution, formerly Aircraft Interiors Certification Solution / AICS), with a U.S.-based supply chain supporting onshoring and reshoring initiatives.
