Every gram launched to orbit carries a cost, and every material choice must survive vacuum, thermal cycling, and radiation exposure. Additive manufacturing answers both constraints with lightweight polymer and metal parts engineered for the space environment.

We produce satellite bus components, payload housings, launch-vehicle hardware, crewed cabin trim, ground support equipment, and mission-unique parts in lot sizes of one, engineered, printed, and delivered under AS9100D process control.

DMLS aluminum supports lightweight structural panels and antenna mounts; Antero PEKK grades address charge-sensitive payload electronics with documented low-outgassing performance.
